Garrics



Chocalate milk “Garrics”  (15-20 min)

Ingredients: (for  5 persons)

-Two chocolate milk tablets

-500 g raw almonds  for frying

- Olive Oil



Preparation:

1st: We fry the almonds with the olive oil until they are a little bit toasted ( We were stirring because  they don’t burn)


2nd:  Next, we put them in a plate  with kitchen paper (to absorb the remaining oil). We have to wait until the almonds are temperate.





3rd: While this happens, we put the chocolate to melt in “maría” bath




4th: Once melted, we take it out of the fire and put it with the almonds.



5th: With two tea spoons we do the forms.



6th: We put the shapes in a tray with vegetal paper and we leave them cold a bit .


7th: Once they cold we put them in the freezer

8th:  One hour later we take out the garrics and we serve them in a dish. And enjoy it.
